  • If the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts, the order may be canceled.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Refunds are processed only in cash after successful verification of the returned item.
  • We do not offer product exchanges. Customers must place a new order if they need a replacement.
